Behringer DCX2496 DSP Crossover
   Did you know that all Bamberg loudspeaker crossovers are first developed in full active mode, that is, with DSP active crossovers? And that the DSP alignment is auditioned and evaluated for sound qualities before the passive crossover development even begins? That is why every Bamberg speaker can be ordered as a fully-active alignment (i.e. with no internal passive crossover).
   At BESL, we use the DCX in the lab for speaker R&D, in the listening room for evaluating the filter alignments, and then in the final audio system as bi-amp or tri-amp crossovers.
   Use the DCX to convert your Bamberg speakers to fully-active bi-amp or tri-amp mode. Use it for your own HT bass management system. Or, just use it as a speaker/room measurement tool!
This DSP 24-Bit / 96 kHz active crossover allows for many multi-amp combinations:
  • 3 inputs and 6 outputs
  • Stereo bi-amp

  • HT 5.1 (with two units for 2-way monitors and dual subs)
